Pole Catz classes are here to promote Pole Dance as an activity with unique and wonderful fitness benefits to participants of all fitness levels.

Objectives

  • To increase awareness of the benefits of the Pole work and Dance Fitness to the general public
  • Support and mentor individuals who want to become involved in the industry
  • Actively involved in events and functions that promote Pole Work and Dance Fitness in a positive light

Pole Dance requires the strength of a gymnast and the grace of a ballerina... Masters of this Art form deserve recognition and applause as much as any elite athlete. 

Pole Catz Dance Fitness classes inspire you to allow your body to move in a way that is natural, to give women a sense of empowerment and strength in their Femininity. 

We utilize the benefits of using your own body weight as resistance to specifically increase strength particularly in the core and upper body, whilst maintaining the length and grace of a dancer that I think every woman craves.  Whether your goal is to increase stamina and fitness, re-enhance your physical appearance, or just too simply have fun, Polecatz invites you to try this new innovative challenge!

Pole dancing consists of many elements such as tricks, spins, poses, linking moves, floor working in particular the muscles of the arms, shoulders, and torso muscles to maintain good control, stability, balance and posture. Throughout the class, Polecatz will adapt the exercise difficulty according to the level of fitness within the class, catering to varying abilities.
