NEW CLASSES THIS TERM!
Pre-Advanced 1.5 hr course
This is where we get prepared for the advanced classes, get extra time in class for strength and conditioning and some of the introductory advanced moves.
Its also time to polish what you have learnt to make your technique prefect and ready to attack the most advanced of moves!
Matt Pilates Casual class
Tuesday 10am and Thursday 7pm
Matt Pilates will help you loosen up, increase flexibility and build that core strength. Valid for members or as a casual pass visit.
Cass and Nicole are joining forces to show you some very strong doubles moves.
In class you will be paired with someone suitable for you and you will be taught the fundamentals of working in pairs.
This class will be run week on/week off.
Saturday Open Practise now 2 X 1 hour classes
Due to the 10 person pole limit, the class is now divided into 2 sessions to allow for 2 intakes.
Free for members and course participants. Casual attendee prices apply for non members.
