  • Twerk with Megan

    Twerk Dance involves everything booty. There are typically four focused movements in this style of dancing which includes the booty pop, booty drop, booty shake and isolations. Our Twerk instructor will show you how to shake what your Mumma gave you! So, be prepared for an incredible thigh, glute and core workout!

    What to bring: Knee pads ($30 in studio) and socks or runners to protect your toes.

  • Lap with Shayla

    Lapalicious dance introduces students to flirtatious, sexy and seductive moves performed on a chair, the floor or in the lap of an individual. This class is great for building confidence and self esteem while having a bunch of fun.

  • Pole Fitness with Shayla

    Our Pole Fitness class is perfect for new participants wanting to try a pole dance class before committing to a course or for those wanting to attend on a casual basis. This class is open to participants of all levels. The instructor will take the class through a warm up and conditioning session, then assess and assist each participant according to their capability.

  • Burlesque with Dee

    Burlesque classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and will show you how to bring out your inner sexiness. Our instructor will teach you how to shimmy, shake and use your seductiveness. Our dances are saucy, cheeky, fast and fun!

  • Spin with Shayla

    Spin Pole classes are suitable for any pole students who have completed Beginner 1 & 2 pole courses and have a basic knowledge of different grip styles, are able to climb, sit and invert or are at least currently working on inverts.

  • Stretch with Shayla

    Stretch at Pole Catz is suitable for ALL LEVELS. In this class you will move through a series of poses that stretch the whole body and work on increasing your flexibility and joint mobility.

  • Freestyle with Shayla

    Freestyle is a style of pole dancing that encourages a free flow of movement and improvisation, rather than structure such as a choreographed routine. This style enables the dancer to express their creativity through their own mixture of combinations and tricks. Learn to create your own flow by using combos and dance sequences with the help of our "weekly challenges" to pole dance more confidently under pressure or on the spot!!

    Flow with Ayesha

    Sexy Flow classes are all about unleashing your inner sexy. Our routines consist of fluid transitions around the base of the pole with lots of floorwork making it perfect for low level Beginners with little pole experience right through to more advanced pole students as well.

    What to bring: Knee pads ($30 in studio) and your favorite pair of heels, long socks or leg warmers ($18 in studio)

  • Bikini Bootcamp with Sarah

    Learn Sarah’s tips and tricks from years of training at the gym using proper technique to feel the burn. This is a circuit styled class with the use of bands, balls, weights, kettlebells and of course the pole for some creative conditioning exercises. No experience necessary and all levels of fitness welcome.

  • Heels with Dee

    Heels Dance is a high-energy, feminine form of dance which can be fun and flirty. These techniques are used in a wide range of dance styles you see today, where high heels are utilized to accentuate movements. No experience necessary bring your favorite pair of small heels or boots.

  • Poleography with Shayla

    Poleography is a fun and energetic class that focuses on choreography both on and off the pole. In this class you will learn a 1-2 minute routine that changes each week. Suitable for students with a min of 6 weeks pole experience.

    What to bring: Knee pads ($30 in studio) Heels and/or long socks.

  • Doubles with Sarah

    In this class you will learn partnered pole tricks & acro poses as well as synchronized spin & static pole tricks with someone at a similar level to you. You must have a minimum of 12 weeks pole experience either with us or at another studio and don't worry if you don't have a doubles buddy yet we will pair you up in class.

  • Floorwork with Shayla

    In this class you will not only learn dynamic floor tricks such as splits, shoulder stands, rolls and fish flops that are sure to wow a crowd, you will also be taught how to put it all together into a sexy floor based dance routine. No experience necessary and all levels of fitness welcome.

    Pole Silks are two worlds exploding into one, Pole Fitness and silks. The combination of both makes beautiful shapes which is as endless as your imagination, discover the joy of movement and flexibility with the feeling of being supported in every move.
